When thinking of Fairfield County, farms are probably not the first thing that come to mind. However, locally raised oysters, fresh grown peaches, and urban farms, all find their home in this county. Though you may not be able to fit some of the fancy farm-to-table restaurants into your budget, you know that you can always afford, and are always afforded welcome, at the many farm stands, markets, and pick-your-own farms throughout the area.
